The Personal Journey

The Emptiness Behind The Success

In his university years, life seemed to offer everything one could want. But in the middle of it, a growing sense of emptiness crept in. He had everything everyone wanted, but nothing he actually wanted.

Finding A Mentor

His father's success in trading and real estate made him an idol, his networking skills and hard-won achievements became the inspiration for Ihab's own personal development path. He chose courses outside his major, diving into human behaviour, and it brought them closer together.

Choosing The Harder Path

After graduating, he faced a choice: the family business, a lucrative multinational job, or a low-paying role rich in connections and learning. He chose growth over quick financial gain, working with syndicates and NGOs, and dealing with the World Bank and European Commission, barely 20 years old.

Nine Offers, One Choice

After two years building experience and connections, nine job offers came in. He chose the one that let him tackle real financial challenges at a company he believed could turn around. When he left, that company was posting double-digit growth in revenue and bottom line.

Rising Through Leadership

Networking carried him into the corporate world and up through leadership roles across 58 countries. Along the way, he saw the difference between leaders who led through ego and fear, and those who led through authenticity.

The Turning Point

A fellow director walked into his office after being blamed for someone else's mistake, repeating the question, "Where is my equity?" That moment, and a conversation with his mentor, led Ihab to a decision. Right when he was offered the position of Chief Commercial Officer, he resigned.

The Leap

His consultancy income surpassed his potential CCO salary by 60% within 15 days of resigning. He walked away from a business generating $3 million a year in revenue to align fully with his new purpose, building leaders instead of balance sheets.

Building RISE

He founded Interactive Business Gears (IBG) for human capital optimization, The Coaches Circle Academy (CCA) to train coaches, and the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) to nurture the next generation. He became an international author to share the message further.
