As the founder of Interactive Business Gears (IBG), I embarked on a mission to optimize human capital and re-engineer organizational culture. Through this journey, I witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that empowered individuals can have on the world around them. This led me to establish The Coaches Circle Academy (CCA), a platform dedicated to nurturing the next generation of coaches and change-makers. With each coach trained, lives were transformed, and a ripple effect of positive change was set in motion.


But the journey didn’t stop there. Recognizing the need to cultivate leadership from a young age, I founded the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA), providing a platform for emerging leaders to hone their skills and unleash their potential. And as an international author, I’ve made it my mission to share my experiences and insights with the world, spreading a transformative message of hope, inspiration, and empowerment.
